How To Keep Healthy During Coronavirus

A lot of people are concerned right now, and the concerns are totally valid! It can be scary what the media is putting out there, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have someone immunocompromised in your family.

For that reason, I would like to share what I am doing to help my family, so maybe I can help you and yours at the same time! For those that don’t know me personally, I am a mama of an immunocompromised four year old boy! He was diagnosed with leukemia last year and is currently going through chemotherapy, which leaves his immune system quite low, anything, even a common cold, could send him to the hospital for antibiotics, so we are doing everything in our power to make sure he DOESNT get sick to begin with!

First, Vitamin C is of utmost importance. Many people have different ways that they like to get their vitamin C, we personally prefer to get it from the most bio-absorbable forms. We use Liposomal Vitamin C, which you can find here: There has also been tons of anecdotal evidence proving that INTRAVENOUS Vitamin C has been kicking COVID-19's butt. Need to know a local IV therapy location? Try

We are also taking an awesome blend for respiratory health, known as Aller-Max! You can get that here:

Glutathione is essential to the brain, and it helps thin mucus membranes, so if you are all stuffy, grab yourself some:

Mushrooms have powerful immune-boosting properties, especially Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Reishi. You can forage these wild, but if you do not have time to do that, you can opt for Paul Stamet's blend:

Some essential oils we love are: Germ-Ease, Defenseshield, Breathe Easier, Lemon, Grapefruit, Orange, Thyme, and Eucalyptus

Collodial Silver, Garlic (especially Allicin) and Grapefruit Seed Extract are also powerful natural antibiotics, use them sparingly but they can help knock out a tough-to-fight virus. The more amber color Collodial Silver the better.

It's hard to take it down, but Cayenne tincture will make your nose and lungs DRAIN. This helps prevent secondary pneumonia, the thing that is killing most of the victims of COVID.

Now, stimulate your lymphatic system. You can do this through castor oil packs, dry brushing, rebounding on a trampoline, or using a high-power vibrator/massager on all your lymph nodes. This stimulates the body's flow of waste and drains your lymphs, which is essential to have a high-functioning immune system.

Next, reduce your inflammation. Inflammation breeds disease and illness. Eliminate processed dairy, meat, oils, gluten and sweets, then stick to easy to digest foods and foods that boost your gut health like fruits, vegetables and sprouted grains.

Stay away from congregated areas. Since this has been going around since November, people have been carrying this around and spreading it for months, and now they are going into their doctors offices, ERs and more when they are sick, and not only that but 40% of asymptomatic carriers are healthy-looking adults 30 and younger, who are still visiting theme parks, public pools, playgrounds, and such.

If you do get it, keep up on your supplements, get lots of hydration in, and stick to hydrating foods ONLY so your body can concentrate on healing, instead of digesting.

Overall, stay positive and prepared, but not overly stressed. This illness has been hyped by the media in the past couple weeks but the recovery rate is high, even in pregnant women and babies. Stress can weaken the immune system, so release it and relax as best as you can in the day and age of social media and mainstream media on TV! Turn it off, and tune into yourself as much as you need and be well.
